The staff provides excellent service, showing guests how to use the room amenities. There are also facilities like a Jacuzzi and steam room available for use. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options to satisfy different tastes.

There were some safety concerns about the surrounding area mentioned by other guests.

The shower in one of the rooms had some issues with the temperature and water pressure controls.

The hotel provided everything I needed and I highly recommend it. The rooftop breakfast from 6am-10am was extensive and offered a nice view of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the location was close to the entertainment area and many restaurants and bars. The facilities, including the tub and humidifier in the room, were convenient and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing directions and ordering taxis.

We loved the fantastic location, with the bus dropping us off right outside the hotel and another bus stop nearby. The hotel's proximity to plenty of restaurants and a wonderful bakery next door made dining options a breeze. Our spacious room overlooked the park opposite the hotel, providing a pleasant view. The staff were helpful and friendly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast options were diverse, with a mix of Western and Asian choices, which we enjoyed on the terrace while taking in the nice view. We also appreciated the quick assistance from the staff whenever we needed it, whether it was calling a taxi or providing any essentials we required in the evening.

We felt very lucky during our stay and had no complaints at all.
